Summer Hiatus

So we have a baby, weather gets warm, family visits, kids want to be outside all the time, Stephannie is feeding a baby every two hours and everything else around the house still needs to get done and the blog does not get updated for two months…woops.  Oh well we have been busy. But we have enjoyed summer, we have spent a lot of time outside playing in the water, done some playing at the park, the girls have enjoyed playing in the water and I think the best of all is that we have not had many mosquitoes this summer. On that note enjoy the pictures.

Kendall did a drawing where you fill in the boxes based on the picture above. She did such a good job. Sometimes I forget how smart she is.

Paige McKenzie

So I used to be so much better at this blog thing, but fell off somewhere along the way.  I know that not all of our family and friends have facebook so here is a peek at our new bundle of joy!  As I am writing this Paige is 4 weeks old already and will be in school before I know it.  Since this is our last baby I am really trying to absorb all of this as much as I can.  Paige was born at 38 weeks and was a much longer labor than my first two, 16 hours or so, but eventually she made her debut and of course is perfect!

So far we are settling in quite nicely as a family of 5.  Kendall and Brinley adore their baby sister and have adjusted well to the change.  They are very helpful with getting diapers, wiping spit up, etc. We are extremely blessed!  Ok enough chatter here are some pics...

Waiting For the Baby

So with the unseasonably (for Laramie) warm weather updating the blog has not been the biggest priortiy for us.  Additionally we have one of those baby things coming so we have been trying to spend as much free time playing with the kids, getting a few things done around the house and just trying to relax.
